"Living With Stroke" by Richard C Senelick, M.D., Peter W. Rossi, M.D.,
and Karla Doughtery is reviewed. The book is especially helpful as a
guide for families as they deal with stroke especially in the early
days. It explains what happens with assorted types of strokes. The
rehabilitation process is described and valuable guidance is included.

Bios: Harpreet Sidhu and Rusty Van Sickle |

In 1990 Harpreet Sidhu suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. An East Indian
stroke survivor who was living in England at the time of her stroke, she
now lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Harpreet has had a remarkable
journey.
Rusty Van Sickle, who had two massive strokes in 1993, has a Masters
in Social Work. The course work was completed after her stroke. She is a
legislative advocate for disabilities.

Just with is FAQ? I've seen it on the Internet several times but I've
never understood what it stood for. What is FAQ and why does our
organization have these letters? FAQ is an acronym for Frequently Asked
Questions. It's basically questions that most people are going to ask if
they want to know about your web site and service.
Our organization has a FAQ in order to give you some background
information and insight into our organization. The FAQ is linked from
virtually every single page on our whole web site. If you scroll down
the page and look on the left column you will see a button with a
