    Bios: Joe Flasher and Irene Sharpham
    Joe, who is a retired pharmacist, had his first stroke in June of 2001. His bio tells the story of his recovery. Joe contributes to StrokeNet. He is currently writing a series on drugs most often used by stroke survivors.

    Irene stroked in 1990. Her biography tells of her extraordinary journey over the last 13 years. She battled aphasia. In 2001 she published a short book documenting her experience. A link to the book, "My Brain Is Racing By Leaps and Bounds" is included.

    Just with is FAQ? I've seen it on the Internet several times but I've never understood what it stood for. What is FAQ and why does our organization have these letters?
