Welcome to the March issue of StrokeNet. The Snow Bells poked their heads above ground in our backyard last week. A sure sign the spring is on its way in the northern hemisphere. After a break last month from StrokeNet's usual format it is back. Thanks to the positive comments we received about the February issue featuring Members Musings.

This month Steve reminds all Members to update their Profile. David Ray updates the workings of his Stroke Club. Next find Kathy Bosworth's interview with Sherry Russel, a grief counselor. Kate Adamson reflects on how disability can cause paralysis, keeping one from accomplishing goals. Then find Jean Gugenheimer's review of five stroke related articles, March birthdays are listed. Finally the bios of Charles Ramsey and Jerry Taylor are featured. Have a good read.

    Organization Highlights, By Steve Mallory

Steve asks members to update their Profile on the Message Board. Members are also asked to submit their bios and to add their pictures. He announces a possible link with an organization to have medical records online.

The regularly scheduled Language Disorders Chat has gone well. A report is given on the February guest speaker and two future guest speakers are announced.
