Greetings,
Summer finally arrived this week. We went from
October to August weather in a week. Wow. The good news
is we are now back to "normal." It is great to have
summer temps. The biggest problem with our garden at the
moment is too much lettuce. We are eating like rabbits
at my house! Maria Erichsen, Business
Operations Manager, has volunteered to help write
Organization Highlights. Several people have asked why
this feature has been missing for the last few months.
Our CEO, Steve Mallory, has been ill. Thanks to Maria
for helping. Also this
month:
Walt Kilcullen writes about riding
horses as therapy.
Lin Mouat shares her brush
this month with confronting fear.
Jean
Guggenheimer reports on stroke news from
June.
Brian Kalhbaugh shares the story of
coaching his son's basketball team post
stroke.
Nancy Fiduk reports July birthdays and
anniversaries on file Enjoy the July
newsletter!
