 October 2009
Greetings,

There are many ways to improve stroke outcome. Most survivors and their families continue to search for answers long after the stroke. The Stroke Network provides a place (the Message Board) where members can share their accomplishments and ask questions.

In this newsletter, StrokeNet, each month we cover, in depth, arenas of interest to the stroke family.

Areas reported on in this month's newsletter include short term memory issues, dealing with the question of "Could I have prevented my stroke," preventing falls and the introduction of stroke survivor Anthony Ceballos

Also included are Highlights of September at The Stroke Network, Stroke News in the media, and October celebrations.

Enjoy the October newsletter!
