Happy New Year!! I hope 2010 is a
good year for you.
Have you made any resolutions? Here a
few to consider:
· Exercise five days
a week to improve general health and stroke deficiencies
· Improve diet (add
a salad every three days?)
· Find one thing to
give up for the year.
· Remember to
regularly hug your kids and grandkids, moms and dads, aunts and uncles
and good friends.
· Volunteer in your
community
· Attend your local
religious services regularly.
· Select one stroke
deficiency to improve this year. (Be realistic, LOL)
· Learn or improve a
skill
· Select a hobby
· If you
don't have a pet, get one.
· Visit The Stroke
Network Message Board regularly and help others in the stroke family
Whatever you decide to resolve,
remember to have fun.
