November 2010
Greetings,

Hope you have all your ducks in a row for the change is season. I have been busy preparing. This includes planning a new exercise routing (which does not require walking outside), working on my wardrobe and having my car serviced.

Since the last newsletter I have had surgery to remove my shunt which slipped from my head into my abdomen (ouch). Everything went well. In fact, they decided not to keep me over night in the hospital. This is good. It is a relief to have the surgery completed. Apparently, this is something which rarely happens. The shunt was supposed to stay where it was embedded in 1997. I guess my body just decided to get rid of it, but was not successful on its own.

This month we have several interesting articles. Have a look!

Enjoy the November Newsletter!
