October 2010
Greetings,

The weather is toying with us. In the last few weeks we have had highs in the 80s and highs in the 60s. Our basil is starting to show that it will not stand for the thermostat lowering. Fall brings a relief from the summer heat, but reminds us winter is approaching.

Welcome to Yvonne Honigsberg our new Celebrations Manager. This month Stroke Anniversaries have been added to the Message Board. Be sure your anniversary is on record! Check the intro to Yvonne's article for instructions.

The Annual Golf Tournament, a major fundraiser for The Stroke Network, was held September 24. Be sure to check out the Organizational Highlights article for a report.

After reading the Organization Highlights article, be sure to peruse the other articles. Look at the list to  to left titled "In This Issue."

Enjoy the October newsletter!
