Greetings,
Welcome to this month's newsletter.
It's September and autumn will begin in earnest soon. Already the
school buses are out in my neighborhood in the early morning. The
garden is beginning to wind down. Time to work out how to get exercise
when the outdoors is full of ice and snow!
Shari Bookstaff
has joined the staff of The Stroke Network as Newsfeed Administrator.
In addition to contributing a column to the newsletter, she updates the
website frequently to include stroke news. Welcome Shari!
Did you know you can have stroke
news links sent to you by email through The Stroke Network subscription
to stroke news? Scroll to the bottom of Shari's article for a link.
Thanks to the many of you who
emailed me concerning the Celebrations Monitor position. It was filled
during the last week of August and she will begin with the October
issue. Nancy has agreed to put off her retirement for a month. Thanks!
Enjoy the September newsletter!
