September 2011

Greetings,

Happy September. In the northern hemisphere we are preparing ourselves for long winter days. In the meantime, there is still a chance to enjoy some good weather. Be sure you don't miss it!

Teri Truax is the new Celebrations Monitor. Welcome Teri!

This month I want to draw special attention to Walt Kilcullen's article "Yoga for Stroke Survivors." He reports on a yoga program, which is designed for survivors. It is yet another idea that can used toward stroke rehabilitation.

Enjoy the September newsletter!
