Vol 12, No 9

September 2012

Greetings,

The US has been through an unbelievable hot and dry summer. I am really glad to see cooler weather coming.

David's article, A New Awareness of Disability, Advocating for Improvements in the Current Social Service System, explores an issue that many survivors and their families have faced. Walt's article explores the issue of Aggressive Behavior after a Stroke. In The Juggling Caregiver, Claudia shares her experiences laying tile.

J.J. explains in Speak No Evil how he went about obtaining a part time job. Jim explores the issue of "Why Me" in Dancing with Stroke. Phil Anderson is featured in Staff Spotlight.

Be sure to check out organization news in Organization Highlights and Member Celebrations to see who has registered their birthday or stroke anniversary.

Enjoy the September newsletter!
