Welcome to the March issue of StrokeNet, the newsletter of The Stroke Network.

David continues his series on Acupuncture. In Speak No Evil, Erin and J.J. share how sleep has changed in their family. Jim explains in Dancing with Stroke how his career experiences informed his stroke recovery. Kelli Smith is in the Staff Spotlight.

Sleeping and Stroke

Like many dealing with stroke recovery, the Robertsons have discovered that sleep is very important to healing. Sometimes the body just demands extra sleep so it can work at healing.

 

Before his stroke J.J. did not sleep a lot. Afterwards, the sleep patterns in their family changed. They share these changes.
