Vol 15, No 3

March 2015
Greetings,

Welcome to the March issue of StrokeNet, the newsletter of The Stroke Network.

March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb! Here's hoping that this old adage holds true this year. March is definitely coming in like a lion.

Most of us are just tired of winter and ready for spring. Can't wait to be able to get outside and walk again! Fresh herbs are also appealing right now.

StrokeNet ends winter with a number of interesting articles. Be sure to check them out.

In this issue...

David writes about Social Rehabilitation after Stroke. Walt updates readers on Stem Cell Therapy for Stroke. In "The Juggling Caregiver," Claudia shares experiences of dealing with medications.

Jim, in "Dancing with Stroke," designates the 3R's of Stroke. In "Born Again" Moses reflects on life after Stroke. Sleeping and Stroke is a reprint.

Bookends to this newsletter are Organization News and Member Celebrations. Be sure to read both!

Enjoy the March newsletter!
