Welcome to the November 2015 issue of StrokeNet.

It is the time of year to enjoy the crisp days and to sample the bounty of fall - including apples, pears and pumpkins.

This month there are several articles that are helpful as we begin the end of the year festivities. These include articles on fitness and traveling.

In this Issue..

Walt discusses Aquatic Therapy. In "The Juggling Caregiver," Claudia writes about anticipating end of the year celebrations. Jim, in "Dancing with Stroke," ends his two part series on mobility issues focusing on traveling.
