Welcome to the April 2016 issue of StrokeNet.

It's spring, This issue includes two articles about gardening, a great activity for Stroke Survivors. Check out the first two articles by Deb and Claudia.

No matter your chosen activity for spring do get out and enjoy the sunshine and warm temps.
